Legacy Of Magic is a massive online role-playing game under development. Early 2002 I started coding on this project. Since then many revisions of the game where tested, but none of them where very suitable to use in a large community. Much off the underlying code was simply not adaptable enough to suit my needs.

Since then it got quiet to the outside world. I merely focussed on the development of a total new game engine, specialized to coop with the special needs for a state of the art MORPG. During the beginning of 2003 the engine got in its alpha-stage. But still much work needs to be done.

Currently our team is revising the game rules and definitions for the AI-engine on the game server. We expect the first toolkit to be ready soon. This toolkit will give all the members the opportunity to influence the content of the game. Yes, you can influence how the game and its world will be and will behave!

Ever imagined you would be part of developing an exciting new internet game? Well, you just came to the right place. During a long period of time I worked on this project. This project started as a hobby because in my free time I played an online game called Lineage. I was not satisfied with the direction the game was heading, so I decided to develop my own game.

Now the game is rapidly evolving to its beta-stage. Others will be able to influence and test the game in an interactive way. Nevertheless, the beta which will be published will not be a complete product. Neither will it be free of bugs either. Because of the nature of a beta-product, I encourage everyone to test it.
